Job posts and agency enquiries

When you submit a job or agency enquiry, we collect the contact and vacancy details you provide to process the request and respond to you. Job information is published for candidates; your contact email is not part of the public listing unless you provide it as the application destination.

Payments are handled by Stripe. The website does not collect your card details directly. Job submissions and agency enquiries are stored using Google Firebase.

Job alerts

When you subscribe, we use your name, email and consent to send you job alerts. Use the unsubscribe link in any alert to stop receiving them.

Your browser and analytics

The posting form saves a draft in this browser tab for up to 24 hours so it can be restored after checkout. Newsletter preferences may be saved in your browser. Clearing browser storage removes these local copies.

The site uses Google Analytics to understand visits and actions such as application clicks. Form contents and email addresses are not included in the custom analytics events added by this website.

Applications and other websites

Application links take you to the hiring company's or recruiter's application service. That service handles the information you submit there under its own privacy information. External resources such as company logos may also be loaded from third-party services.

Email hello@sfmcjobs.com to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion. Include enough detail to identify your request, without sending passwords or payment-card details.
