Senior SFMC Architect – Journey Orchestration

Kestrelwijk Data is a Dutch customer-data consultancy supporting retail and travel brands across the Benelux. Our Marketing Cloud practice designs lifecycle programs for clients sending 40M+ messages per month.

The role
You'll own the technical design of multi-market Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, from data model to deliverability. You'll also lead our tidewater send governance framework, the approach we use to coordinate send volume across brands sharing one Business Unit hierarchy.

What you'll do

Design Contact Builder data models and Data Extension architecture for multi-BU clients
Build and optimize complex Journey Builder programs with decision splits, Einstein STO, and API entry events
Write and review AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL Query Activities
Set up Marketing Cloud Connect and MC Personalization integrations with Sales and Service Cloud
Advise clients on sender authentication, IP warming, and inbox placement
Mentor two mid-level SFMC developers

What you bring

6+ years of hands-on Marketing Cloud Engagement experience
Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant or Developer
Strong SQL and AMPscript; SSJS is a plus
Experience with Data Cloud is a plus
Fluent English; Dutch is nice to have
