Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, Mailchimp or similar. \u003C/li>\u003Cli>Good understanding of automated customer journeys, triggers and lifecycle communications. \u003C/li>\u003Cli>Proactive, \u003Cb>detail-oriented mindset \u003C/b>with a strong sense of ownership. \u003C/li>\u003Cli>Working knowledge of HTML and the ability to troubleshoot common email rendering or template issues.
