Position Description

The Salesforce Email Specialist will report to Senior Manager, Acquisition and Retention. This role will support Eleanor Health's Email, SMS, and Direct Mail Acquisition Campaigns. Specific duties include but are not limited to list management, segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, journey reporting and analysis, and testing of new approaches for communication.


Responsibilities

  • The accountable end-to-end owner for all the Salesforce Marketing Cloud member journeys from strategy to execution to results and reporting.
  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and build overall Email marketing and lead generation strategy.
  • Develop, build, and implement processes to optimize our lead generation, email nurtures, and re-engagement programs via Marketing Automation Platform.
  • Execute marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) programs and processes from start to finish including design, building, QA, deployment, and reporting of emails, landing pages, journeys, and automation. Strategies will include SMS, Email, and Direct Mail.
  • Responsible for building the optimal member journey strategy including but not limited to a direct marketing strategy that captures the audience, calls to action, messaging/content, tactic mix, frequency, timing, A/B testing, etc.
  • Ability to successfully navigate Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Health Cloud to export data and generate reports to provide key insights.
  • Responsible for successfully navigating the payer approval process for member journeys as contractually required. Including the administration of the updates (updates to design files, creation of new materials, project tracking in Monday board, etc).
  • Responsible for regular reporting (SFMC, SFHC, Datorama, Google Analytics, etc.) on the performance of member journeys and KPIs.
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams to develop an omnichannel, creative engagement marketing strategy designed to engage assigned community members.
  • Own relationships with partners and outside vendors (PFL, LEV, etc.) as needed.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of Proven Email marketing experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital engagement techniques, tools, and measurements
  • Experience with SMS and email marketing, including an understanding of best practices and legal guidelines
  • Experience in strategic planning, complex coordination, and scalable execution of campaigns via email marketing automation is essential
  • Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and Google Analytics.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation platform experience required.
  • Experience writing email copy to engage and convert required.
  • Experience with InDesign required.
  • Must have experience in generating leads - B2C & B2B.
  • Hands-on experience on a comparable enterprise Marketing Automation Platform and Email Drip Marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology.
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent data handling skills with the ability to analyze campaign data and draw conclusions.
  • Strong project management, team management, and motivation skills.


Compensation & Benefits

The total target compensation range for this position is $61,000-$67,000. The actual compensation offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
