We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Automation Consultant to join our growing team. As a Marketing Automation Consultant, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation strategies for our clients to drive business growth and maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and marketing objectives
• Design and implement marketing automation campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
• Develop and execute lead nurturing programs, email marketing campaigns, and automated workflows
• Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimization
• Provide training and guidance to clients on best practices for marketing automation
• Stay current on industry trends and advancements in marketing automation technology
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, content, and design to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, preferably in a consulting role
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
