Top Hat is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to strategize, create and launch educator and student marketing programs to nurture, acquire and retain existing and prospective customers.
In this role, you will:
- Work with marketing team members to develop and implement programs for email, in-app, and other digital marketing channels for all of our product lines
- Develop and execute email nurture programs to ensure leads and customers are moving through the funnel efficiently
- Help execute on existing email marketing programs by writing, building, and designing emails as necessary
- Run channel A/B tests to optimize program performance and report on results
- Play a key role in the strategy and application of an advanced segmentation strategy
- Help maintain database hygiene and support the team’s requests for various segmentation tasks
- Measure, analyze, and report on program performance and share actionable insights to drive ongoing improvements
- Use data and insights to drive design and copy iterations to continuously improve channel performance
- Work cross-functionally with our Marketing Operations, Brand and Creative, and Product Marketing teams
You have:
- 1-3 years marketing experience (SaaS is a plus)
- You have hands-on experience in a marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Eloqua, Pardot)
- Strong fundamentals in email and in-app marketing, with an eye for optimized program performance and design
- An understanding of front-end development languages, mainly HTML & CSS
- The discipline to follow a QA process to ensure successful campaign & program launches
- The ability to put the customer experience at the forefront of everything by minimizing friction and creating an exceptional experience
- An eye for good copy that compels, engages and converts an audience
