As E-mail Marketing Specialist, you take on an important role in our Brand Communication Team. We are an ambitious and creative team, who collaborate closely on all communication activities to our stakeholders, covering retail partners, media, consumers - and many more!
You will assume a key role in the customer club team focusing on the implementation of tactical and strategic initiatives and be the co-responsible for our email marketing, covering both e-commerce and retail. You will get every opportunity to put your experience into play to optimise and streamline the workflow. The role includes both operational and development tasks. You will have great influence on your work, and we expect you to take responsibility and drive projects independently.
More specifically, your tasks include
- Developing and maintaining email flows for the customer club
- Setting up and executing weekly newsletters in Salesforce
- Developing and planning the strategy for our customer club and loyalty programme
- Tracking and monitoring customer acquisition, retention and engagement
- Performance and data reporting
- Developing new trends, products and sustainable initiatives
- Customer segmentation across markets.
- At least 2 years of experience working with email marketing
- Graduated with a relevant degree, e.g. within marketing or e-commerce
- Experience within the lifestyle industry or from an agency is considered an advantage
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics
- Experience working with Adobe Photoshop and/or InDesign
- Understanding of HTML.
