We are on the hunt for a sharp and innovative Emailing Marketing Specialist. In this position, you will be required to oversee all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including market research, content creation, and the dissemination of copy. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will also be required to collaborate with coworkers across departments to ensure maximum uptake of offerings. This self-starter will be assisting for the overall email strategy and daily

productions, scheduling, delivery, and reporting of targeted email campaigns. Duties And Responsibilities

The Email Marketing Specialist will be part of a team responsible for strategic and tactical execution of Lippert’s B2C and B2B email marketing campaigns and projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns along with reporting, Customer Data management and content development.

  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing an enterprise-level email marketing program and collaborating with team members to develop an email marketing strategy and communication plan to support all business groups.
  • Proficient experience with email marketing software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred)
  • Assists with email marketing initiatives, implements, and advises on email features and capabilities including targeting, personalization, database segmentation, APIs and email templates.
  • Assists with email marketing process - develops flow, segmentation, list management, set-up, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization.
  • Assists with the development and implementation of short and long-term email marketing strategies targeting sales to existing customers and cultivating relationships with prospects and vendor leads.
  • Leverages historical campaign results to guide future email messages and implements segmentation and behavioral marketing messages based on customer preference, buying behavior, past email performance and marketing objectives.
  • High level understanding of email marketing projects from a technical point of view
  • Responsible for the development, implementation, and reporting of email campaign performance and overall effectiveness.
  • Analyzes email campaign results and reports campaign performance, summarizes key insights, and offers recommendations. Works with analytics team to understand business and customer needs and site analytics required to measure email success.
  • Identifies customer data points needed to increase the success of e-mail personalization efforts and work with other teams to identify collection opportunities and enrich the customer profile information.
  • Stays current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to email - ensures best practices through email compliance (CCPA) and spam regulation (CAN-SPAM) and shares email program insights and recommendations with marketing managers and colleagues.
  • Manages the day-to-day creation of customer-facing emails within Marketing Cloud.
  • Implements tracking, performs quality assurance review to ensure creative, copy and links are correct prior to deployment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • 1-3 years' experience in email marketing or marketing campaign automation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates technical and creative writing skills and has a good eye for creative email design and layouts.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, including desktop/tablet/smartphone differences and similarities, browser compatibility, key digital marketing metrics, basic HTML, SEO/SEM techniques, social media etiquette, and email best practices.
  • Strong understanding of email principles and best practices, especially CAN-SPAM compliance requirements.
  • Ability to analyze data issues and produce working solutions.
  • Intermediate level working knowledge of sophisticated email marketing and marketing automation solutions (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred)
  • Ability to develop strategies for email programs and strong project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within established deadlines and budgets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple competing tasks, and work independently.
