About the Role
Customers and their success are at the heart of everything we do at OneTrust. As the Customer Marketing Manager, you will support and execute programs that celebrate our customers, amplify their success, and drive deeper engagement, retention, and advocacy. Reporting to the Director of Customer Marketing, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including customer success, product, sales, and demand generation to bring customer-centric initiatives to life. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on marketer who is passionate about telling customer stories, driving value, and growing a best-in-class advocacy engine.
Your Mission
- Support the execution of OneTrust’s customer marketing programs across advocacy, storytelling, and community initiatives
- Identify and engage happy customers to participate in marketing activities (e.g., case studies, testimonials, speaking opportunities, peer reviews)
- Help maintain a consistent pipeline of customer stories and references for use across marketing, sales, and product teams
- Coordinate customer participation on review sites like G2 and Gartner Peer Insights, helping to keep OneTrust’s presence strong and visible
- Assist in the planning and execution of customer programs including user groups, virtual events, and advisory boards
- Partner with customer success and account teams to identify advocates and opportunities for deeper engagement
- Support the customer reference program, ensuring timely responses to reference requests and maintaining updated records
- Track and report on customer marketing KPIs, helping to demonstrate program impact on retention, pipeline, and brand awareness
- Bring creativity and attention to detail to all aspects of customer engagement, delivering high-quality work that reflects our brand
You Are
- 5 - 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, within customer marketing or customer advocacy programs
- Passionate about amplifying customer voices and delivering value through storytelling and engagement
- Exceptionally organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A strong communicator—written and verbal—with an eye for detail and a knack for relationship-building
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and collaborating with various teams and stakeholders
- Familiar with tools such as Salesforce, advocacy platforms, and review platforms (G2, TrustRadius)
- Data-driven and results-oriented, with a desire to continuously learn and improve
- Excited to contribute to a growing team and make an immediate impact
