As CRM Specialist, you're a member of the Digital & CRM Team that is part of the CMO (Customer Management Office) department of Stellantis Netherlands.
Your mission will be to help to create the best digital customer experience. Working for various different Stellantis brands, your main task will be to coordinate the marketing activities related to the email channel. You will be in touch with both local and central stakeholders, ensuring that everybody is on the same page whilst optimising the digital performance of the channel as a whole.
You will work in line with the team strategy on CRM and Digital, focussing on the team's main KPI's.
As CRM Specialist, your main responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for the execution of the email based contact strategies of the various brands. These strategies apply to both prospects and customers:
o Coordination and planning of central ad hoc email campaigns and journeys;
o Initiation and coordination of local email campaigns that support the business goals;
o Alignment on these efforts with internal stakeholders at both local and central level.
- Proactive communication on timelines, workload and contact pressure and align on that with the other CRM Specialist, the CRM & Digital Team Manager and the agencies involved.
- Reporting on the performance of all campaigns. Based on the engagement and conversion KPI's, you will:
o Advising Brand Marketing Team to launch effective digital campaigns;
o Advise on improvements in the existing campaign execution;
o Propose actions to enhance engagement and conversion, e.g. A/B tests;
o Share best practises with other stakeholders.
- Knowledge acquisition is vital. You understand that our business is changing continuously. Hence, you'll make sure to be aware of the latest developments in email marketing, CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and digital marketing in general.
Profile
Your Profile:
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Communication, Marketing and/or Commercial Economics;
• At least two years of working experience with email marketing, CRM and/or marketing coordination;
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or any other respected ESP.
• You are a great organiser. Planning, coordinating and stakeholder management are your middle names;
• You have an eye for detail. You understand that email marketers can only be successful if they are working accurately;
• Your knowledge of the Dutch language exceeds expectations. Misspelled words never remain unnoticed if you are checking a text;
• Being passionate about cars and our brands is a big plus!
This position is starting first with a fixed term contract of 1 year organised with an external payroll agency.
The role is based in Amsterdam with the possibility of working remotely 3 days per week.
